MP3Recorderer は、日付付きの音声メモをコンパクトな Mp3 ファイル形式で作成し、内蔵の Mp3 プレーヤーで再生できるフリーウェアの Windows デスクトップ アプリです。
プログラムのインターフェースはシンプルです。プログラムは、Mp3 録音のリストを新しい順に表示します。ツールバーから「Start Record」を選択してレコーダーを開始し、ボタンを使用してレコーダーを停止します。このプログラムには、録音を再生できる Mp3 プレーヤーも組み込まれています。
